I doubt anyone will care, as this paper doesn't really espouse a working algorithm as much as a general approach to multidimensional sampling. That said, it is a working algorithm, so I added an implementation details section where I give the computational complexity and offer a framework for parallelization. It's only one more page and it at least tells the reader that we're not completely lost in theory land here.
Meeting with my adviser tomorrow to get some more detailed feedback on Monday's draft. Finishing this weekend is probably optimistic, but we are definitely getting close.
