About that class thing...

Yes, I am taking classes this semester, not just writing algorithms of my own choosing. Spent a couple hours working the chapter 5 problems for Bayesian Stats this evening (homework is due Monday; this kind of crept up on me). A bit frustrating to spend two hours writing R programs to solve problems that I could do by hand in 15 minutes but I do get it. No point in programming stuff you don't understand until you're really sure you can validate the stuff you do understand.
